FOKE VANITHA FEST 2012
Ladies wing of Friends of Kannur Expatriates Association, FOKE, announces 'FOKE Vanitha Fest 2012' on Friday, May 11th 2012 in a day long function to be held at Indian central school, Abbasiya. The main attraction of the event is the cookery competition for ladies and gents. Competition on Cake Baking and Pudding for ladies and Biriyani and Payasam (Kheer) making for Gents will be held on that day. A separate Salad dressing competition is also arranged for children below 18 years of age.
Mehndi design competition for ladies, Baby Show for babies of 1 to 2 years old (babies born on or after May 11th 2010), Fancy Dress for children are also organized for the public. All the competitions are open to all public.
The full day event will start at 9:00 am. Various other attractions including cultural programs by FOKE Ladies wing, Food Stalls, fun activities for kids, etc will be organized as part of the Ladies Fest 2012, the organizers said.
